Our philosophy is that while leadership development is not a mystery, it is a complex process. It is also a fantastic and rewarding one that addresses the individual as well as the larger organization or system.
The Academy has three vibrant professional development programs that support the Academy’s mission: the Rawlings Center for Public Leadership (RCPL), the Center for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness (CLOE), and the International Leadership Association (ILA). While each has a unique focus, the programs share a commitment to bridging leadership theory and practice to create effective solutions to contemporary leadership challenges.
