Transformational Leadership Project Publications: The immediate and tangible products of the Transformational Leadership Project will be three books (to be published by Jossey-Bass Publishing Company), as well as dissemination of findings in related events, especially but not exclusively at ILA conferences. Dr. Pearson will be the editor of the book on transformational leadership theory, Dr. Brown will be the editor of the book on leadership practices, and Shelly Wilsey will be the editor of the book emerging from the global dream ILA conference.
Public Leadership ECQ Project Publications: Planned publications include a review of seminal scholarship foundational to the ECQ’s, a revised and validated competency dictionary, a guidebook for political leaders, and curricula that foster the achievement of desired knowledge, outlooks, attitudes and behaviors.
