TLC currently has four major projects.
- The Leadership for Transformation Project, a three-year project launched in partnership with the Fetzer Institute and the International Leadership Association (ILA), explores theories, practices, and examples of transformational successes to provide tools and models for leaders committed to making a difference.
- The Narrative Intelligence Project explores the power of archetypal stories in leadership development, leadership storytelling, organizational/team development, and branding. Its focus is on helping individuals and groups determine the stories they want to tell and live -- and equipping them with the tools to do so.
- The Public Leadership Executive Core Qualifications (ECQ) Validation Study is examining federally-approved qualifications and competencies in the light of contemporary scholarship in leadership studies, organizational development, and allied fields. (see CLOE)
- The Public Leadership Curriculum Project, developed in collaboration with the Center for Leadership and Organizational Excellence, seeks to close the gaps between the current state of public leadership education, the Federal Executive Core Qualifications (ECQ's), and leadership research and scholarship.
In addition, center senior scholars and fellows engage in individual and/or group projects related to the TLC mission. See TLC People and Publications for details. |
